About Us

Let's face it, the food industry is so focused on profits that they have forgotten what food should taste like. Craverr was founded by people who want their food to be delicious, nutritious, and inspiring. But how do we solve this problem? Our founders took one look outside their windows and saw countless members in their communities with skills, knowledge, and diversity that they would love to support instead.

Our mission is to give cravers a way to experience amazing food from different cultures while supporting their local community. We also want to break down any barriers preventing makers from exploring their passion. This way any aspiring chefs or hobbyists can share their mouth watering offerings without any additional investment.

We are a team energized and driven by creating a solution enabling people to share and connect over their passion for food. We respect transparency and accountability as we embrace our teams drive, passion, diversity, fearlessness in exploring and breaking ground for a better way of life.

  • Will my exact location be revealed?
    No, your location will only be indicated in the Map or in the Post. When you make a post you will have the option of specifying an address other than your indicated current position. The exact address will only be revealed after payment is made.
  • What should I do if someone encourage or tries to set up a deal that is not handled through the App?
    We would strongly advise you to decline any such suggestion! It could imply that the user has bad intentions by trying to avoid any tracking or record and you will also lose the possibility to contact us for any assistance with respect to any issues or concerns. You should immediately Report an Issue so the user can be banned from the App.
  • What should I do if I see something inappropriate?
    You should immediately report it by either reporting the profile or by reporting the issue to us directly.
  • What if I have dietary restrictions or an allergy?
    You may specify your dietary restrictions and/or allergies in your Post or request it by communicating it directly.
  • What can we sell?
    Users are allowed to sell any food that is permitted by their local state and laws.
  • How do I ensure that once I pay for my order, I will receive it?
    As with any other transactions, if there is an issue of any kind that is not solved between the parties them self, please make us aware of the issue and we will assist in having it resolved.
  • What should I do if I have some technical issues or need to speak to a representative for some other reason?
    Please contact us by the “Report an Issue” which you will find under the Account settings in the App or reach out to us via the Support option at www.Craverr.app. Both is monitored 24/7 and we are happy to come back to you no matter what your issue is.
  • How do I change my payment options / What credit cards do you take?
    Under the Account option in the App there is a two-way payment set-up. One if you are buying (as a Craver) and one if you are a seller (a Maker, Host or Streamer). Both ways are simple and easy to edit and all major credit cards are accepted.
  • Who is responsible for the content in the App?
    The App only serves as a platform connecting people for their shared interest in food. Users, creating the content, are responsible for following laws and regulation as stated in our Terms of Use. Any misuse will ban the user from the platform immediately.
  • What are the fees on my order?
    There is only one single fee and that is a service fee on the transaction. However, there is no cost to download the App itself.
  • Why are there no Posts in my area?
    Craverr is a new service and although we are spreading the word it might take some time to reach your local area. Please try to expand your search area and see what turns up. Even better make a Post and help us spread the word!
  • Is there an age limit and do your share any of the users data?
    Craverr users must be at least 18 years of age. Data is not sold or shared and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  • How does Craverr ensure that users on this App can be trusted and that the food is sanitary and safe?
    Since the App only serves as a platform to connect people for their shared interest in food, the users are sole responsible for any services performed and exchanged, as they have accepted in the Terms of Use before being able to use the App. However, we address any concern or issues regarding any services that we are made aware of as soon as possible.
